We are seeking an experienced Rust software engineer to lead the development of high-performance systems.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for writing efficient, scalable code in Rust and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design robust solutions.Key qualifications:Deep understanding of Rust fundamentals including ownership model, borrow checker, lifetimes, traits, and macros.Strong background in systems programming, multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-critical application development.Proven experience in designing and implementing highly scalable backend services using asynchronous programming in Rust.Proficiency in toolchain management including Cargo and Git.Benefits:Opportunity to work on complex system challenges and lead client projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Nice-to-haves:Ideal experience working on video processing projects with real-time systems and containerization.Experience with WebRTC, real-time systems, and publishing content across multiple platforms.
