Esto incluye la responsabilidad de toda documentación, el apoyo y la investigación de cualquier tema relevante y ayudar con la preparación de la disposición fiscal trimestral y anual y la contabilidad relacionada.Principales FuncionesApoyar la operación local en asuntos contables y fiscales.Revisar y aprobar las cuentas de gestión (USGAAP)Revisar y aprobar las cuentas estatutarias localesCoordinar con los asesores fiscales para la revisión, finalización y presentación de las declaraciones de impuestos.Revisar los impuestos relacionados con la nómina, ventas, gastos, compras e importaciones.Asistir en la revisión y propuestas de diferentes proyectos fiscales y operativos que impactan los impuestosAsistir en iniciativas de planificación fiscal trabajando con el equipo Global TaxPreparar y enviar informes trimestrales según lo solicitado por los headquartersRevisar el trabajo de provisión de impuestos, las posiciones de impuestos diferidos y los informes FIN 48Revisar las exposiciones fiscales no relacionadas con ingresos (FAS 5)Coordinar el trabajo de contadores externos y asesores legales externos.Actualizar a la organización sobre nuevas regulaciones/desarrollos fiscales relacionados con cuestiones impositivas que podrían afectar potencialmente a la empresa.Requisitos:Auditor con entre 5 a 10 años de experiencia en contabilidad e impuestos en BrasilExperiencia coordinando o liderando equiposCertificación de Contador en Sao PauloConocimiento y experiencia en Sistema Tributario brasileñoDeseable Post título en ImpuestosIngles intermedioEspañol AvanzadoDeseable manejo de Oracle o ERP
