Get Ready To:Leverage AI in Production: Generate and integrate highly realistic AI avatars, as well as create AI-driven video and image assets that elevate the final edit and give campaigns a cutting-edge edge.Edit Engaging Content: Create both short- and long-form (DTC) videos for various paid advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Collaborate with CD's & Media Buyers: Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content that authentically represents the brand and drives both views and conversions.Maintain Quality & Deadlines: Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and deadlines.Your edits should be polished, engaging, and on-brand.Cohesive Visual Identity: Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms, while also elevating production value for premium content.Optimize for Engagement: Use your expertise to strategically incorporate music, sound effects, and visuals to maximize viewer engagement and emotion.We Expect You To Have:AI Proficiency: Strong ability to create realistic AI avatars and use AI-powered tools for video, image, and content generation.Knowing how to make AI content look authentic and "non-AI" is a must.Video Editing Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing abilities, especially for social media and ads.Proficiency in Editing Software: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.Storytelling Skills: A deep understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences.Sound Design: Select and integrate music tracks that amplify the video's impact.Expertise in sound design is a bonus.Performance Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing strategies is a plus.Your edits should not just look good—they should convert.Creativity & Curiosity: Be fast, creative, and always eager to learn and try new things.Stay updated with the latest industry trends.Excellent Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and content creators, to achieve campaign goals.Additional Cool Perks:Platform-Specific Expertise: Tailor your edits to fit the nuances of each platform, ensuring every piece of content is optimized for its intended audience.No Vibe-Killers Allowed: We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to the team and doesn't kill the vibeFast-Paced Environment: Thrive under tight deadlines, multitask effectively, and deliver high-quality content on time, every time.Freedom to Innovate: You have the creative freedom to push boundaries and bring your unique style to our brand's video content.Salary:Gross EURAn individual work certificate and monthly invoices are required for this position.
