Stop is one of the world's most beloved and innovative word games — and we're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a curious, hands-on, and analytical, to join our Product team as a Junior Product Manager focusing in content.In this role, you'll have a strategic seat at the table, acting as the right hand of the Head of Product.
You'll work at the intersection of content, data, and operations, helping improve the quality and processes behind the game's content, uncover insights through analytics, and ensure smooth and efficient production.As specialists in Word Games, Content is the core of our business.
Therefore, besides working with content editors, you will utilize AI tools to help create and validate new content and puzzles.Additionally, you will focus on identifying opportunities to grow and expand our games into different markets and regions, including new languages.Key responsabilities:Content ExcellenceSupport the development and continuous improvement of the game's contentWork with editors and freelancers around the world to ensure high quality, consistency, and innovationHelp implement and improve content creation and review processesUse AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game contentData & InsightsAnalyze performance metrics for content and game mechanicsIdentify improvement opportunities based on player behavior and dataProvide actionable insights to support product strategy and decision-makingProduction OrganizationSupport the organization of workflows within the content teamHelp execute the roadmap and ensure deadlines are metAct as a bridge between different teams, promoting clear and efficient communicationAssist in removing blockers and improving day-to-day operationsREQUIREMENTSExperience in product or project management, preferably in game developmentSelf-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with AI tools and their practical applicationsFluency in EnglishPassion for word games, especially StopBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldPREFERRED SKILLSPython and SQL for data analysisExperience with HTTP requests and working with APIsDatabase handling and data cleanupPrompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI modelsWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive remuneration;Flexible benefits;Health and Dental Insurance;Life insurance;Profit Sharing;Career development support;Casual environment and dress code;A space for resting moments, full of snacks, fruits, and drinks.ABOUT FANATEEFanatee is a mobile gaming startup founded in 2013.
