MatchPoint Solutions is a fast-growing, young, energetic global IT-Engineering services company with clients across the US.We provide technology solutions to various clients like Uber, Robinhood, Netflix, Airbnb, Google, Sephora, and moreMore recently, we have expanded to working internationally in Canada, China, Ireland, UK, Brazil, and India.Through our culture of innovation, we inspire, build, and deliver business results, from idea to outcome.We keep our clients on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and provide solutions by using industry-specific best practices and expertise.We are excited to be continuously expanding our team.If you are interested in this position, please send over your updated resume.We look forward to hearing from youRole: IT APM Engineer Location: Brazil (Remote)Work Time Zone: PST overlapStart Date: ImmediateDuration: 12+ MonthsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) Engineer to support our enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote India or Brazil.Why This Role Matters:This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.You'll play a key role in shaping our future application landscape.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:LeanIX Data StewardshipPopulate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.Application RationalizationEvaluate applications for business value (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency).Assess technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability).Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Technology Mapping & Future PlanningCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies.Support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Reporting & InsightsGenerate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making.Provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.The essential requirements of the job include:3+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.Strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is required.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:5%-15% travel as per business requirements.
