Backend Software DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of our EHR platform using PHP/Laravel.This is a unique opportunity for a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain innovative applications ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:Spearheading Platform Development: Develop and optimize our EHR platform using PHP/Laravel.Database Schema Creation: Design database schemas to support business processes.API Development and Integration: Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external use.Security Compliance: Implement robust security measures to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.Additional Responsibilities:Mentor junior developers in best practices and technologies.Evaluate new technology trends and apply them to innovate and enhance the platform.Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Collaborate with designers to refine the platform's user interface and experience.Requirements:Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and MySQL.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in backend development preferably in the healthcare sector or EHR platforms.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to Detail: Commitment to creating a user-friendly secure and efficient platform.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Flexible work environment promoting work-life balance.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
