Company Overview:The Tranzonic Companies is thehubfor astrategic collectionof manufacturing and salescompaniesthat lead the way in multiple categories — from personal care and protection to textiles, from cleaning products to contamination control— to empowerits distributor partners into the future.Their cohesive approach promotesoperational efficiency andfuelsinnovation,whileequipping its varied businesses to tackle the toughest challenges across industrial and manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, food service, hospitality, transportation, and many other dynamic market segments.Tranzonic's rapid growth, both organic and via acquisition, ispoweredbyitsteam ofdriven, innovative problem-solvers and a culture of integrity and respect.Position Summary:The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading and expanding relationships with the company's most important customers and partners.This role will oversee a team managing national and key accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.The Director will collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to achieve revenue targets, margin improvement, and share-of-wallet growth.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, serving as the main point of escalation and strategic advisor.Lead account management team to ensure consistent, proactive customer engagement, issue resolution, and execution excellence.Analyze customer trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and business expansion.Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver value-added programs and ensure fulfillment of customer expectations.Negotiate high-impact agreements, renewals, and pricing strategies to support profitability and customer retention.Oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting for key accounts, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Represent the voice of the customer in internal planning and strategy sessions to influence product development, marketing initiatives, and service models.Mentor, develop, and coach account managers to build a high-performing, customer-centric team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.8–10 years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or customer leadership roles.Proven success managing multi-million-dollar accounts and complex customer relationships.Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and contract management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, D365, Power BI, Excel).#J-*****-Ljbffr
