What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a strategic advisor by analyzing sales strategies and operations to enhance productivity
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to address client needs
Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for increasing sales effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven sales experience, preferably in the consulting or services industries
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs
Tech-savvy with proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft/O365 Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as a Sales Lead/Consultant or Business Development leader is highly desirable
Proven track record of success in Sales and Business Development roles
Ability to leverage existing connections to generate new business opportunities
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Strong interest in providing creative sales solutions and problem-solving
