Creative Strategist / Copywriter (E-Commerce)Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, BrazilDo you write ads that actually convert?Can you turn customer insights into scroll-stopping creative concepts?If you live and breathe direct response copywriting and understand what makes people click, buy, and come back for more, we want to hear from you.About PurolabsPurolabs is an independent, family-run DTC supplements brand based in South London.We've served over 350,000 customers with clean, science-backed supplements, no additives, no fillers, no nonsense.Featured in Vogue, Women's Health, and Evening Standard, we're proving that natural wellness can be both effective and transparent.No shareholders to impress, no cutting corners, just a genuine mission to help people feel better.The RoleWe're looking for a Creative Strategist & Copywriter who can bridge the gap between data and creativity.You'll develop ad concepts, write high-converting scripts for video ads, craft compelling static ad copy, and create briefs that bring ideas to life across Meta and TikTok.This isn't just writing, it's strategic thinking that drives real performance.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping creative concepts and angles based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance dataWriting persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads that hook viewers in the first secondCrafting copy for static ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that convert cold traffic into customersCreating clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creatorsAnalysing ad performance to identify winning patterns and iterate on what's workingCollaborating with our growth team to align creative with campaign objectives and testing roadmapsStaying ahead of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platformsWhat We're Looking For3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancerProven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTokStrong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychologyExperience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plusAbility to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categoriesComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environmentSharp eye for what's working in the DTC space, you're constantly saving ads and studying hooksWhy Join Purolabs?100% remote, work from anywhere with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone (GMT) Work directly with the founders, no layers of management or corporate bureaucracy
