Lead Analyst/Content Team LeadAbout this role:We are seeking an experienced Leadership professional to manage and mentor a team of analysts creating business-focused content to improve AI models.You will combine leadership, quality oversight, and subject expertise in relevant domains to ensure outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals.Key responsibilities include:Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts/Content SpecialistsTask Allocation: Allocating tasks, overseeing workflows, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveryProcess Improvement: Conducting QA reviews, refining processes, and improving team efficiencyCareer Development: Providing performance feedback, training, and career developmentStakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updatesContent Creation: Guiding creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e-commerce, etc.)We are looking for someone with:At least 2 years of experience in Team Management3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projectsStrong analytical, logical, and communication skillsProficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown)No prior experience in AI is requiredBonus: prior work on LLM performance data, case study writing, or academic/research contentA full-time commitment (40 hours/week) is expected
