operations team by assisting with the establishment, development and performing of day-to-day cyber security operations.This will be achieved by participating in projects defined in the security road map, developing processes and procedures and performing day-to-day activities including investigations, incident responses, research and development.What you doEvaluating, recommending, developing, monitoring and maintaining IT security policies, procedures and systemsIdentifying security risks and exposures, developing mitigation strategies to prevent future incidents and improving securityEnsuring that IT security architecture, controls, processes, policies and procedures are aligned with IT security standards and requirements for data protection, business continuity, IT service continuity and disaster recoveryActively perform problem identification and resolution activities (CSIRT), perform cyber security operation activities (non-incident) such as forensic investigations, pentests and support cyber related project What you bring Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical educationExpertise in business continuity management (BCM), IT risk and IT security managementRelevant work experience in information security, security policies, security systems and governanceUnderstanding the security architecture and technical platformsTools knowledge – Burpsuite, Metasploit, Autopsy, Sleuth Kit, Volatility, Wireshark, dd, Splunk, Arcsight Qualys Guard, Bash Scripting, Python, Splunk – Create Queries, Kali Linux, SIFTAbility to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of informationRole model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing
