You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients.
You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, strengthening client relationships and positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.This role is client-facing and involves ownership of the growth process, from planning to execution, with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDrive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting.Develop accurate, insight-driven forecasts and convert projections into tangible growth.Maintain clear, transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations.Lead and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools.Set high standards for efficiency, scalability, and results-focused execution.Own outcomes, build and scale high-performance marketing strategies, and take responsibility for results.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with goals and KPIs.Qualifications & SkillsAUTODIDACT – Naturally curious with a strong learning ability and a habit of self-directed skill development.UNIMPEACHABLE CHARACTER – Honest, self-aware, accountable, and receptive to feedback.COMPETITIVE GREATNESS – Resilient, adaptable, and driven to exceed requirements.NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS – Strong communication, data analysis, and ability to craft persuasive client messaging; proficient in data tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
Past experience spanning domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying is valuable.Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on actionable outcomes.What Success Looks LikeDeliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across forecasted Growth Maps and Prophet system outputs.Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks and align daily activities with forecasts.Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and deliver top-quality results.Apply best practices in media buying to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.Maintain deadlines and budgets while ensuring high-quality work.What's in It For MeSALARY RANGE – 1st month: $2,000; 2nd month: $4,000; 3rd month average: $7,000; 1st year: $64,000–$76,000; 2nd year: $100,000–$120,000.
Hours and earnings depend on client load and performance.Location & EnvironmentFully remote with the ability to pick your schedule.Autonomy as a core value with regular feedback, measurable quality benchmarks, and weekly accountability checks.Reporting & OrientationSupervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.
