Role OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedDeveloper / Integration Specialistto support and enhance integrations betweenSpecright PDMS(Salesforce-based) andInterius(Azure-hosted) systems.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, API development, and Azure environments.This role focuses primarily onintegration development and enhancement , not just application support.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration & DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain integrations betweenSpecright ,Interius , and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with middleware and infrastructure teams to build and testAPI connections , handling authentication, performance, and error scenarios.Develop and troubleshootSalesforce Dataloaderscripts and data automation tools.Create and maintaindata flow diagrams, mappings, and technical documentationfor integrations.Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues across Salesforce and Azure environments.Platform ConfigurationConfigureSpecright workflows, templates, and user rolesbased on business needs.Optimize platform performance and usability.Supportsupplier onboarding , including portal access and user training.Application & Technical SupportProvideTier 2/3 supportfor integration and platform-related incidents.Collaborate with platform vendors and internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.Monitor integration health and performance, identifying improvement opportunities.Business Analysis & CollaborationPartner with business users togather and validate integration requirements .Document use cases, functional and technical specifications.Participate in workshops with cross-functional teams (Packaging, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain).Supportknowledge transfer and internal team trainingfor long-term solution sustainability.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsStrong understanding ofSpecright PDMSand Salesforce architecture.Proven experience withAPI development and integrations(REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).Familiarity withMicrosoft Azure tools(Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).Hands-on experience withSalesforce DataloaderandSpecright Data Loader .Knowledge ofauthentication mechanismssuch as OAuth, SSO, and token-based access.Expertise indata mapping and transformationacross enterprise systems.Functional SkillsStrongbusiness analysisand documentation capability.Understanding ofpackaging data managementorsupplier collaboration processes .Experience inregulated environmentswith compliance or audit requirements.Excellent communication and ability to work independently in remote, cross-functional settings.Experience Requirements5+ yearsin enterprise SaaS or Salesforce integration projects.2+ full implementationsinvolving Specright or comparable Salesforce-based data systems.Demonstrated success inintegration and API-based developmentusing Salesforce and Azure.
