As vagas só serão aceitas se forem feitas pelo formulário abaixo:Estou contratando um(a) Content Manager hands-on pra assumir de ponta a ponta a produção de conteúdo da LunaCheckout e do meu build in public.A ideia é simples: não é só ter ideia — é fazer acontecer até o conteúdo estar gravado/produzido, editado e publicado. Não preciso que seja Editor, só preciso que vá atras do editor se for preciso.O que você vai fazer (responsabilidade total de entrega)Pegar ideias/objetivos e transformar em conteúdo publicado (sem depender de alguém te lembrar).Organizar e puxar a produção: calendário, pautas, roteiros, checklist, prazos e cobranças.Ir atrás do que faltar pra entregar: referências, dados do produto, prints, cases, depoimentos, roteiros, templates, direcionamento de edição, thumbnails, descrição, CTA, etc.Coordenar execução com editor/designer (se existir) ou fazer parte da execução (dependendo do perfil).Criar sistema de repurpose: 1 tema ? cortes ? carrossel ? post LinkedIn ? vídeo YouTube.Publicação e distribuição + otimização com base em métricas (retenção, CTR, follow, leads).RequisitosExperiência com conteúdo para crescimento (preferência B2B/SaaS/tech)Escrita e roteiro muito bons (hook + storytelling + clareza)Organização de processo (Notion/Trello/Sheets)Noção real de métricas e testesDiferenciaisExperiência com build in public / founder-led contentExperiencia b2b com e-commerce / pagamentos
