About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex SAP projects, guiding clients through their SAP journey, and ensuring seamless delivery of ECS services.Key responsibilities include:Leading technical discussions and managing escalations with clientsSupporting SAP S/4HANA conversions, migrations, and upgrades with deep technical expertiseCollaborating with cross-functional teams to shape long-term service plansDriving innovation adoption and capacity planning for optimal resultsProviding hands-on support during critical cutovers and IT situationsRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience in SAP Basis & infrastructureKnowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with SAP RISE Migration and Enterprise Cloud Services is a plusCertifications in SAP Migration or Upgrade (ZDO method) are highly valuedStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventing downtimeAdvanced English
