Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software Engineering, particularly in the field of Generative AI.They will be responsible for designing, architecting, and developing autonomous AI Agents that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).The successful candidate will also develop full-stack applications that support and interact with AI Agents, using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.Additionally, they will explore and experiment with emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, fostering innovation and shaping best practices within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop autonomous AI Agents, utilizing LLMs and RAG;Develop full-stack applications that interact with AI Agents, leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js;Explore emerging technologies and frameworks in the agentic space, driving innovation and improving processes;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI Agent behavior, capabilities, and goals, translating business requirements into effective solutions;Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and documentation, while mentoring other engineers on best practices.Benefits and RequirementsThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented engineer to grow professionally, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a dedicated team of experts.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for learning, and excellent communication abilities.To be considered for this role, you should have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;Proven experience in Software Engineering, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models;Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js;Familiarity with RAG and other advanced AI techniques;Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Strong collaboration and communication skills;A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.About the RoleThis position offers a unique chance to work at the forefront of AI innovation, contributing to the development of game-changing solutions.If you're a motivated and experienced engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.Please note that this is a (full-time/part-time) position, and the selected candidate will be required to work from our office location.
