We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux infrastructure engineer to maintain and enhance our real-time data systems.This role involves handling alert and incident management, problem resolution, and system improvements to ensure uptime and performance for global trading and data services.Key Responsibilities:Resolving data quality issues by analyzing root causes and collaborating with internal and external vendors to resolve these issues.Supporting on-call rotations, managing incidents from identification to resolution, and mitigating business impact in the production environment.Implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues and ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data in real-time.Collaborating with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and best practices, enriching the team's capabilities, and delivering high-quality services.Managing L2 alerts that require technical expertise for resolutions, documenting knowledge in a centralized repository, and maintaining runbooks and scripts where applicable.Change management: overseeing the process of implementing production changes, including mandatory updates, software upgrades, and vendor-performed checkouts.Other key responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reporting.
