Job OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our team.As an ideal candidate, you will have experience as a Project Coordinator, Admin Support, or Junior Project Manager and thrive in environments with multiple priorities.The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and ensuring client data accuracy in HubSpot and other systems.They will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments for smooth communication and workflow.Audits & Compliance:Maintain process adherence and data integrity through daily audits.Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Client Interaction:Respond to client inquiries professionally.Escalate issues when necessary.Presentation & Proposal Support:Help create sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance:Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Requirements:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Benefits:36 PTOs per year100% Remote Work – Work from anywhereProfessional Development & Growth OpportunitiesCore Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible)Full-time (40 hrs/week) – Immediate Start Available
