Please note that this role works 100% on-site.About usAB InBev is the leading global brewer and one of the world's top 5 consumer product companies.With over 500 beer brands, we're number one or two in many of the world's top beer markets, including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.About ABI Growth GroupABI's Growth Group is the center of innovation and tech development within ABI, which is driving ABI's growth by developing innovations for the core beer business and creating new hyper-growth tech businesses.ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.What you'll do:• Lead complex product initiatives with multiple dependencies across B2B (BEES), DTC, and platform capabilities• Influences and Executes product roadmaps with technical feasibility analysis and cross-functional coordination• Write and maintain technical PRDs, system diagrams, and API/integration specifications to guide engineering squads.• Partner closely with engineering, data, and architecture teams to design end-to-end platform capabilities• Lead cross-domain alignment between product teams, engineering squads, and global stakeholders• Care about outcomes, not just output — measure success through reliability, performance, and real user impact.What you'll need:Technical Foundation:• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field• 4-6 years experience in technical product management for platform/infrastructure products• Comfortable navigating conversations about architecture, scalability, and integration — from microservices and event-driven systems to cloud infrastructure.• Hands-on ability to query and analyze data with SQL; familiarity with analytics toolsProduct & Leadership:• Experience writing technical product specs, system diagrams, and managing inter-service dependencies.• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives that span multiple technical domains and stakeholder groups.• Strong communication skills — you can translate deep technical concepts for both engineers and executives.• Experience collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.Growth Group Mindset:• Passion for building foundational platforms that power multiple products and geographies.• Driven by technical curiosity and the desire to make complex systems simple and reliable.• Comfortable in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.• Thinks economically — focuses on maximizing business impact per engineering hour.What We Offer:Performance based bonus*Attendance Bonus* Private pension planMeal AllowanceCasual office and dress codeDays off*Health, dental, and life insuranceMedicines discountsWellHub partnershipChildcare subsidiesDiscounts on Ambev products*Clube Ben partnershipScholarship*School materials assuranceLanguage and training platformsTransport allowance*Rules applied
