Senior Manager - Tissue OperationsRewards-based Consulting collaborates with a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation, programmed T cell therapies for cancer treatment.The Senior Manager - Tissue Operations oversees the onboarding and performance of Apheresis and Treatment Centres for Clinical Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies.This role serves as the technical operations single point of contact for Apheresis and Treatment Centres in designated regions.Develop strong relationships with Apheresis, Cell Lab, and Treatment Centre Staff.Work with Clinical and Commercial CAR-T teams to establish apheresis collection footprints.Coordinate with internal teams and collection site staff to ensure successful onboarding activities.Communicate collection site on-boarding status to Clinical teams and develop mitigation plans for delayed timelines.Perform technical site assessments, train collection centre staff, and attend site audits.Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments.Monitor and assess vendor performance and capacity after site launch.Manage rollout of process changes and collect VOC/VOB feedback.Collect and enter data into electronic data management systems.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and coordination skillsAble to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to analyze problems and develop effective solutionsBenefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.About Us:We are a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge therapies.
