Full-Stack Flutter Developer
Remote – Latin America
subQdocs.ai is building the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S. Our product automates clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — and our Flutter app is at the core of how doctors interact with it.
We're a small, fast-moving start-up (U.S.-based, well-funded) with a LATAM engineering team, and we're looking for a Full-Stack Flutter Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves working with cutting-edge tech.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, with a tablet-first design and a slimmed-down phone experience.
Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance.
Work closely with LATAM engineers and collaborate directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.
Use agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to speed up development and improve quality.
Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
Strong Flutter framework knowledge (state management, widgets, performance).
Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile development.
Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
Knowledge of push notifications or background task handling.
Prior work in healthcare or other regulated industries.
