Solutions Architect (Managed Services) (Remote - Latam)We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead and optimize cloud-native data platform solutions for enterprise clients.In this role you will design, implement, and manage large-scale projects on platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Azure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor technical teams, and drive operational excellence across managed services engagements.This remote position allows you to work flexibly from anywhere in Latin America while contributing to complex, high-impact projects.AccountabilitiesLead the architecture, design, and deployment of large-scale cloud-native data platform projectsGuide technical teams through data migrations, integrations, and performance optimization effortsIdentify opportunities for platform automation, optimization, and operational improvementImplement secure and compliant platform setups, including data governance best practicesPlan for changes in upstream data sources and evolving technologies to maintain scalable solutionsServe as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and resolving technical challengesCollaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth project deliveryMentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellenceRequirements10+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, and managing enterprise cloud-native data platformsProven client-facing experience, presenting to executive stakeholders and producing detailed technical documentationDeep expertise in Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Warehouse, and other enterprise data platformsStrong knowledge of AWS and Azure services, including S3, ADLS, Kinesis, Data Factory, DBT, and KafkaAdvanced SQL skills, including query writing, debugging, and performance tuningExperience with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormationProficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub, Flyway, Liquibase)Familiarity with data integration and migration tools such as Fivetran, Matillion, Spark, or AWS Data Migration ServicesStrong communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring teams and managing complex projectsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferredCertifications such as Snowflake SnowPro Core or equivalent are a plusPython proficiency for task automation and operational efficiency is desirableBenefitsRemote-first work environment with flexible scheduleCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageGenerous paid time off plan and national holidaysCollaborative culture emphasizing autonomy, creativity, and transparencyProfessional development opportunities through advanced training, certifications, and mentorship programsExposure to cutting-edge cloud data technologies and enterprise-scale projects#J-*****-Ljbffr
