CONHECIMENTOS
- Configuração e operação dos equipamentos de redes (cabeamento de rede, incluindo organização e manut
- Suporte a navegador de Internet e sistemas diversos
- Análise e diagnóstico de servidores físicos
- Configuração, substituição, etc., de switches e access points
- Atendimento assegurando a satisfação do usuário e a continuidade dos serviços de TI
- Diagnóstico e resolução de problemas em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux
- Conhecimento em ferramenta de ITSM (gerenciamento de serviços de TI)
- Suporte a hardware de TI, como instalação e configuração de computadores e dispositivos periféricos
- Atendimento ao usuário baseado na ITIL, prestando suporte técnico de TI (Presencial/ Remoto)
- Gerenciar contas de usuários/ grupos, redefinição de senhas e permissões em sistemas de diretório co
