Staff Accountant

OverviewINTUS Windows is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy NetSuite Accountant to manage the entry, accuracy, and validation of accounting data within our NetSuite ERP platform.This role supports Finance and Accounting operations by ensuring clean, consistent, and well-tested financial data across all core accounting modules — including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting, hands-on NetSuite experience, and enjoys a structured, process-driven environment.This position is responsible for data entry, testing, reconciliations, and configuration validation within NetSuite.Location: Remote (EST work hours preferred).Remote work opportunity is offered as part of the role.What we offer: professional development opportunities, a collaborative team environment, and participation in company initiatives.ResponsibilitiesNetSuite Accounting Data Management: Enter and validate accounting-related data in NetSuite; ensure completeness and accuracy of all entries across AR, AP, GL, and Payroll; conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies or configuration issues; support daily transactional entry, adjustments, and posting of journal entries under supervision.Testing & System Validation: Assist in testing accounting processes across NetSuite modules; validate system workflows for AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Payroll; perform UAT during NetSuite updates or enhancements; work with Accounting, Finance, and IT to identify and troubleshoot system errors or configuration gaps; help document testing procedures and results for audit and compliance purposes.Month-End & Operational Support: Support the month-end close by preparing, verifying, and entering journal entries in NetSuite; assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and running reports; ensure system data is closed and locked appropriately in accordance with internal deadlines.Documentation & Internal Support: Maintain accurate documentation of NetSuite processes, data input standards, and workflows; assist accounting team members in navigating NetSuite functionality and resolving data entry issues; contribute to continuous improvement of NetSuite accounting procedures and controls; perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP.Solid understanding of general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end processes.Experience working with accounting data across modules like AR, AP, GL, and Payroll.Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and accounting module navigation; understanding of US GAAP; excellent attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting data manipulation; effective communication and organizational skills.What We OfferRemote work opportunity.Working hours 8-5 EST (preferred).Monthly gross salary within the range of $****-$****.Participation in our "One Window - One Tree" initiative.Opportunity for professional development and growth.A rapidly growing company with a collaborative and supportive team environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
