Events are a key part of how we share our purpose with HR & Communication leaders around the world.
We're looking for an Events Specialist LATAM to help us identify, plan, and execute high-impact event participation across LATAM and Brazil.Scout and evaluate HR & Communication events where Humand should be present—through sponsorships, booths, or as speakers.Analyze event quality, gather quotes, and build clear, efficient budgets.Own end-to-end logistics: booth setup, branding, merch, tech needs, and vendor coordination.Ensure our presence is consistent, relevant, and impactful—before, during, and after each event in LATAM.Coordinate travel, accommodation, and expenses for attending teams.Work closely with internal teams to align event goals with business priorities.2+ years of experience managing events—ideally international.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
