Regional Workforce Administration Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals who specialize in workforce administration.This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to deploy in-house strategies related to employee files and benefit administration.The successful candidate will oversee retained Workforce Administration services, manage Benefits Administration for regions outside North America, and ensure compliance with local government regulations.Lead a regional team of 4-10 Workforce Administration professionals, providing coaching and managing performance to foster continuous professional development.Drive service delivery improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy, collaborating with regional leaders on transformative projects.The ideal candidate has:7+ years proven experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or Workforce Administration, with a strong focus on multi-country or international environments.2+ years experience in people management, including leading, coaching, and managing performance of direct reports.In-depth knowledge of HR compliance requirements, employee data reporting, and Benefits Administration principles across Latam and North America.Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, demonstrated experience using HRIS systems like Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow.
