Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions.With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.Role OverviewWe are looking for accomplishedTutors/School Teachersto contribute with expertise inSocial Sciences, Humanities,andSTEMdisciplines.In this role, you will design, evaluate, and review advanced academic tasks that test critical thinking, reasoning, and subject mastery.Your input will directly help improve AI models by ensuring they can handle complex, graduate-level questions across disciplines.No previous experience in IT or AI is needed.The position requires 20h/week commitment and 4h/day overlap with PSTThe project will last ONE month.Start date is ASAP.Location: Colombia - REMOTEWhat does day-to-day look like?Create structured, graduate-level tasks, prompts, and problem sets in your area of expertiseContribute to fields including Social Sciences, Humanities (history, literature, philosophy, etc.), and STEM (math, physics, biology, engineering, computer science, etc.)Quality assurance: Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigorPinpoint where models fail to reason correctly and provide expert correctionsMaintain clear, organized records of tasks, solutions, and evaluationsRequirementsAdvanced degree (Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or Postdoctoral experience) in your field of expertiseStrong subject knowledge in one or more disciplines within Social Sciences, Humanities, or STEM with elementary to high school levelsExcellent academic writing and analytical skillsAbility to design structured, verifiable assessment questions
