We are looking for a **Senior PPC Specialist** to join our team**.
**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Keyword research;
- Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal BI, and other tools;
- Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
- Work with remarketing channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
- Testing new channels, campaigns, ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives
**We expect from you**:
- Google Ads expert knowledge is a must, with at least 3 years of experience in PPC/SEM;
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data;
- English - B2+;
- Russian - C1+;
- Campaign optimization by CPA and ROI.

**The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations.
In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
