Thanks to our flexible, distributed model of global operation and the high caliber of our experts, we have enjoyed triple digit growth over the past five years, creating amazing career opportunities for our people.If you want to accelerate your career working with like-minded subject matter experts, solving interesting problems and building the products of tomorrow, this opportunity is for you.We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who will play a critical role in building and operationalizing production-ready AI agentsKey Responsibilities:Backend & Systems Engineering (Principal Level)Linux (advanced): system inspection, debugging, permissions, servicesBackend microservices (Go / Node.js / Type Script)API design, exposure, and troubleshooting (REST, auth, webhooks)JSON / XML configuration and transformationCLI-based system diagnostics and fixesTelephony & Real-Time SystemsSBC / PBX configuration and troubleshootingVoice system integrations and routing logicSIP-related concepts, endpoints, codecs (high-level, applied)Adapting telephony settings to enable Saa S integrationsInfrastructure & Enterprise IT UnblockingVPN configuration and policy troubleshootingIP whitelisting, firewall rules, and network constraintsRoles, permissions, and access control across systemsNavigating restrictive enterprise IT environmentsForward Deployment & Customer EnablementOn-site / high-touch customer deliveryRapid root-cause analysis in unfamiliar systemsBuilding wrapper microservices to bridge incompatible systemsLeading and mentoring backend & AI engineersTechnical Leadership & EnablementOperate as a Forward Deployment technical authority across customer engagements.Lead and unblock AI Engineers and backend engineers during complex integrations.Define integration architectures and emergency mitigation strategies.Required Skills:10+ years of experience unblocking complex enterprise integrations between customer systems and Saa S platforms under tight timelines.Built Go-based and Type Script microservices to act as integration wrappers between legacy systems and modern Saa S platforms.Diagnosed and resolved production issues across Linux systems, networking layers, telephony infrastructure, and APIs.Configured and adapted SBC / PBX systems, endpoints, and routing rules to enable voice-based integrations.Troubleshot VPN connectivity, IP whitelisting, firewall restrictions, and authentication failures in customer environments.Worked directly with enterprise IT, security, and engineering teams to resolve blockers and stabilize deployments.Acted as technical lead, mentoring engineers and defining integration patterns and best practices.Location: Must be based in or near Sao Paulo, Brazil.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with AI technologies, LLMs, or conversational systems.Prior exposure to early-stage or high-growth startup environments.Hands-on experience with Type Script in production environments.Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog), CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms is beneficial.Some of the benefits you'll enjoy working with us:The chance to work in innovative projects with leading brands, that use the latest technologies that fuel transformation.The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.Come and join our #Parser Community.Follow us on Linkedin
