About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Engineer to join our team.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex .NET / C# based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical persons and collaborate well within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Develop strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Requirements6+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on C#.Proficient in .NET Framework/.NET Core.Ability to design RESTful APIs, architect software systems (taking into consideration scalability, maintainability, and performance).Emphasizes the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests.Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).Familiar with design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and other software design principles.Familiar with DevOps practices (CI, CD, and deployments pipelines).Utilizes tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for development and deployment.Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Flexible working hours.Fully remote position, with the opportunity to travel to the US.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to work on exciting projects with cutting-edge technologies.
