We're hiring: Backend Developer (Experienced) – Remote
HEFLO is a global SaaS platform that simplifies complex business processes with automation and governance. We're looking for an experienced Backend Developer to help us scale our product worldwide.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain backend services for our SaaS BPM platform
Design secure, scalable REST APIs
Work with MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey
Optimize services on AWS (Aurora, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront)
Implement observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo)
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
What we're looking for:
5+ years backend experience
Strong skills in .NET Core (C#) and/or (TypeScript)
Cloud-native development on AWS
Docker & containerization knowledge
Security-first mindset
Fluent in English
Nice to have: SaaS multi-tenant experience, BPMN knowledge, exposure
