Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Designer to join our team and take on the challenge of designing digital products that optimize kitchen operations, inventory management, and location handling.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer who wants to make a real impact in the food delivery industry.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business problems and user needs to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions;Think strategically about the product experience, connecting the dots between business goals and user needs;Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and Developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria;Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to validate ideas quickly;Deliver high-fidelity mockups with all necessary states, edge cases, and error handling for smooth implementation;Conduct benchmarking of industry patterns, features, and interaction behaviors to maintain product competitiveness;Contribute to and maintain the UI kit and design system, ensuring scalability and visual consistency;Own the design process end-to-end, from ideation to QA and post-release iterations;Present your work, articulate your design decisions, and provide clear documentation;Manage your time effectively and work proactively to keep projects moving forward.RequirementsExperience designing end-to-end digital products for web, mobile, and large-screen applications;Strong experience in B2B UX for complex operational or internal tools;Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and collaborative design workflows;Experience leveraging AI tools such as Figma Make, Perplexity, and Vercel to streamline and speed up design work;Strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI design;Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups;Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile environments;Knowledge of food industry operations, kitchens, and inventory management processes is a plus.
