**About the position**:
We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Developer** who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talents in the tech industry - a technical expert within the Salesforce platform who will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.
**What you can expect to do**:
- Take ownership of development and support of GP's Salesforce, including the data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and custom code.
- Solve complex problems and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning, Visual force pages, and configurations to support critical business functions.
- Collaborating, communicating, and translating business requirements with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to build technical solutions.
- Work with global teams to facilitate quick responses meeting critical deadlines and mission goals successfully.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, product management, and revenue to ensure that solution developed meets the needs relating to functionality and performance.
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and presenting to a non-technical audience and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including best practices for solution implementation.
- Ability to work with Cross-organizational teams to gather requirements for small to medium-sized projects.
- Experience in designing solutions with maximum usability while minimizing code complexity.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to pick new challenges.
- Either Object Oriented Programming skills or JavaScript at basic to medium level.
- Salesforce certified -PD1(Preferably), PD2(great to have), Platform App Builder (nice to have)
- Other SF certifications are appreciated.
