Agile Facilitator

About youYou are someone who wants to influence your own development.You're looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and be able to grow professionally.You bring to Applaudo the following competencies :Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, acting as the main Agile facilitator for development teams.Solid Business Analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, refinement, and stakeholder alignment.Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.Experience facilitating local and remote Agile teams.Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities.Strong background promoting Agile mindset, values, and culture.Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks or methods (e.g., Kanban, XP, Lean).Deep experience with refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity tracking, retrospectives, and other Agile techniques.Good understanding of software development practices such as TDD, BDD, unit testing, test automation, version control, and CI / CD.Advanced English is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.Responsibilities :Act as the primary Scrum Master, ensuring Agile values, principles, and practices are consistently applied.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and support effective team decision-making.Coach and mentor Scrum teams to continuously improve delivery, collaboration, and predictability.Partner with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarity of requirements.Apply Business Analysis skills to help translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories when needed.Identify and remove impediments, dependencies, and delivery blockers.Promote cross-team collaboration and eliminate siloed ways of working.Enable data-driven continuous improvement through metrics, insights, and retrospectives.Ensure goals, scope, and priorities are clearly understood across the team.Support effective demos, reviews, and product / system testing activities.Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders when challenges arise.Benefits :CelebrationsSpecial discounts*Entertainment area*Modern Work Spaces*Great work environmentPrivate medical insurance*Benefits may vary according to your location and / or availability.Request further information when applying.#J-*****-Ljbffr
