Post Production Operations SpecialistLocation: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)Contract: FTE - aprox 12 monthsWe are looking for a Specialist, Post Services to support world-class theatrical presentations, screenings, and post-production workflows across LATAM region. This role partners closely with filmmakers, creative teams, and technology groups to ensure an exceptional review and screening experience — from early cuts to final delivery.What you'll do:Facilitate screenings, reviews, and technical sessions in theaters, lounges, and review roomsEnsure presentation quality through calibration, testing, and troubleshooting (audio, color, projection)Manage content workflows including ingest, review, delivery, and archivingSupport cloud-based media tools and provide remote editorial assistanceCollaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and creative teams to improve tools, workflows, and servicesServe as a trusted technical partner to filmmakers and studio stakeholders What we're looking for:5+ years of experience in post-production, exhibition, or studio environmentsStrong knowledge of post-production workflows, theatrical presentation, and digital cinema standardsExperience with tools such as Avid, Pro Tools, Da Vinci Resolve, and professional projection/audio systemsSolid understanding of audio/video signal flow, file formats, and calibration processesFluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)Client-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creative, technical, and operational excellence , supporting premium content and innovative post-production services across LATAM.
