Every day brings a new challenge working in an extremely fast-paced, ever evolving, competitive retail landscape.As a Client Manager on the NIQ Retail Team, you will work face-to-face with a key retail client to engrain robust NIQ solutions.
This is done by assisting your clients with navigating through complex business challenges with insightful and actionable NIQ recommendations with confidence.Remote based role based in the US.

As a Client Manager, you will:Establish NIQ as an indispensable insights partner and thought leader for your clientsBuild sustainable client relationships through delivering everyday value to enable our customer's success using our data, tools, and by providing insights on their businessEstablish yourself and NIQ as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them to achieve their business imperativesTrain and consult clients to conduct analytics using NIQ tools and data sets, democratizing insights to drive business decisionsIndependently complete analyses using NIQ tools and data to develop insights that drive client outcomesIdentify potential revenue opportunities and risks with your assigned clients and lead internal teams to drive salesDevelop expertise and ability to advise clients on industry trends, participating in client discussions and presentations as applicablePlay an integral part in shaping our company's vision by elevating the Voice of the CustomerBe accountable for identifying opportunities to collaborate across NIQ teams and drive the adoption of our NIQ assets with clientsAbility to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to identify and advise our clients on solutions for their businessQualifications5+ years' experience in related industries which include Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Consulting, or AnalyticsExperience with syndicated dataHighly proficient in Microsoft Office software (Advanced Excel)Strong analytical aptitude, naturally curious, and a lifelong learnerExperience utilizing multiple and complex data sets problem-solving solving and proven project management skillsExperience in client service environment and ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationshipsProject management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situationsSkillfully communicate and work collaboratively with internal & external teamsStrong sense of autonomy, urgency, and accountability to delight clientsBachelor's Degree RequiredRetail or Manufacturing background a plus (Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.)Additional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $76,500 - $100,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
