Activities Interact with other teams and professionals, including other developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders Understand the needs of our partners/users and come up with solutions for their problems Dailies with the team Be able to break down user stories into individual design tasks Conduct market and user research Conduct user tests Produce high-quality UI designs Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product works and looks like Use design tools like Zeplin, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Products In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills Solid experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Products, or others Appreciate teamwork Have a basic understanding of development principles and workflow Being good with critiques Being up-to-date with trends and design best practices Good communication skills, both in verbal and writing skills Knowledge about both iOS and the material design system guidelines Good empathy profile English proficiency To participate in this selection process, you must have a valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent), a bank account eligible to receive payments in USD, and be able to issue invoices accordingly.
