**Primary Purpose and Function**:
This job requires high attention to detail and persistence in communicating with talent.
You will be great for this role if you like to keep things organized, are confident talking to creators and talent agencies all over the world, and have no problem with staying on top of things.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reach out and follow up with influencers and talent agencies to identify interest in a collaboration, negotiate, and ensure campaign success with a focus on the gaming industry
- Coordinate between 10 to 40 influencers per campaign to ensure timely submission of campaign deliverables
- Provide content feedback and support talent in providing high-quality content
- Collect campaign progress and performance data
- Ensure all campaign KPIs and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to find the best creators for the campaign
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and strategize creative content ideas for social media campaigns, emphasizing TikTok
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all necessary financial documents are collected from talent, and initiate influencer payment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and bring your knowledge to the team
**Job Qualifications**:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with TikTok influencer marketing, at least 2 years of experience preferred
- Strong passion for social media content, especially on TikTok
- Good negotiation skills
- Good relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of the Google workspace
- Good project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of autonomous ownership
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish/Portuguese
**Location, Hours, and Compensation**:
- 100% remote work from home.
- Hourly paid.
Hours will depend on the campaign status and might range from 10 to 40 hours a week.
- Competitive pay, negotiable.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a contracted, hourly-paid position.
