OverviewData Migration Coordinator / GBS / São José dos Campos - SP · Bayer, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, BrazilAt Bayer, we are visionaries solving the world's toughest challenges.We strive for a world where health for all and hunger for none is not just a dream but a possibility.We aim to build a meaningful career within a diverse, capable team that makes a real difference.Get to know our area: The CORE Data Migration Team coordinates and ensures accurate migration of technical information from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.We act as data stewards, ensuring business needs are translated into technical requirements for development and migration, while maintaining close communication with product teams to deliver correct data for system uploads.YOUR MISSION WILL BEWe are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to lead our data migration efforts for the CORE S/4HANA transformation project.This role will focus on:Ensuring accurate and efficient data mapping, validation, and cleansing while collaborating with various teams to align with organizational goals.The ideal candidate will have SAP functional knowledge for modules & processes (S2P, R2D, A2R, SCM, Quality, Materials, C2C, Manufacturing), including data structures, and cross-functional teamwork;Support the full data migration process, including preparation, mapping, enrichment, transformation, validation, correction, implementation, hypercare, and handover;Plan and facilitate workshops to scope and map data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs;Verify data extraction criteria and ensure compliance with defined approaches for data migration;Identify and gather necessary data while ensuring high quality and integrity throughout the migration;Establish criteria for data quality and oversee cleansing activities to ensure accurate data migration;Coordinate validation activities with stakeholders to ensure timely completion;Collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand data requirements and address needs;Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and provide regular updates to leadership on data mapping and challenges;Maintain clear documentation of mapping rules, including Data Migration Specifications and Validation results;Ensure adherence to data governance policies and SAP standards;Identify potential risks in data migration and develop strategies to mitigate them.QualificationsMust have:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field;Solid experience and understanding of business processes across SAP modules & value streams, with a good understanding of SAP data structures;Experience in SAP data migration projects (SAP ECC to S/4HANA) is mandatory: data migration tools and best practices, data mapping, validation, cleansing, and transformation processes, including experience in creating documentation for data migration;Experience with SAP MM / WM / EWM / TM;Familiar with SQL and any data migration tools;Proven ability to manage or coordinate projects effectively, with emphasis on planning & stakeholder management;Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills;Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and cultures;Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools;Availability to work once a week in São José dos Campos.What's in it for you?At Bayer we have established our benefits in three essential pillars to promote life quality and well-being of our employees:Health Care PlanDental PlanMedicines SubsidyGymPass"Conte Comigo" - Psychological, chemical dependence, legal and financial assistance"Bem Nascer" - Health monitoring during pregnancy, no coparticipation in the health care plan, maternity/paternity support, daycare assistancePrivate Pension Plan – long-term savings with generous matchingLife InsuranceCoopBayer - Employee financial education and creditHolidays bridge and flexible vacation schedulingBayer Country Club facilitiesWorking from home policyFlex Time and Short FridayDifferences in benefits may occur by position and locationHow to applySe seus conhecimentos e suas experiências pessoais combinam com este perfil, por gentileza, acesse e envie seu currículo completo.Local: Brasil : São Paulo : São José dos CamposDivisão: Enabling FunctionsCódigo de Referência: ******#J-*****-Ljbffr
