Imagining a seamless fusion of technology and innovation, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Rust Software Engineer to drive the development of high-quality, high-performance systems.As a key technical leader on client projects, you will leverage your expertise in systems programming concepts and asynchronous programming in Rust to design and implement robust, scalable, and memory-safe solutions.Must-have skills:- Proven expertise in the Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of core concepts like Ownership Model, Borrow Checker, Lifetimes, Traits, and Macros.- Strong background in systems programming, including multithreading, concurrent programming, and performance-critical application development.- Extensive experience with Tokio and async/await, as well as designing and implementing highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.- Proficiency with the Rust toolchain, including Cargo, and strong experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling and resolving complex architectural and coding challenges.Nice-to-haves:- Ideal experience working with video processing related projects and real-time systems.The icing on Kake:Fully RemoteBetter Me FundCompassion is Badass
