Backend Engineering ChallengeWe're seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our fast-paced team.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with AWS, Typescript, and able to adapt new technologies.The role involves ensuring the quality of our data processing pipeline, creating and reviewing processes affecting speed and cost efficiency, and optimizing the product for continuous scalability.You'll collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer to meet aggressive development timelines.Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Backend Software Engineering.They should be proficient in Typescript and other programming languages like Python, Java, C++.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.Requirements:The successful candidate will possess the ability to familiarize themselves with our product quickly, generate new ideas, reflect on existing features, and think ahead.They should be experienced with guiding other developers.Proactive, results-oriented professionals who excel when challenged are preferred.What We Offer:Our company culture is built on two major aspects: Quality and Problem Solving.We let the quality of our product speak for itself and foster innovation and novel approaches to problem-solving while keeping user needs at front of mind.
