We are looking for a Game Producer UGC that is passionate about games and understands the game's community.
**Job Description**:
- Contribute to develop our User Generated Content (UGC) / Editors community, expanding and supporting them to create a sustainable environment
- Track and provide insight regarding the key games and entertainment contents across the market
- Guarantee the process to review the UGC content, since the submission, QA and cashout
- World-class ability to deterministically find and prioritize the most impactful challenges
- Monitor and track product feedback from marketing and community, including console rating for digital stores to help drive the direction and prioritization of the features, and capabilities for the game streaming product roadmap
- Conduct research on similar games in the market and top listed games in the stores to create and maintain a feature and UGC list request
- Provide surveys post feature-release to understand the acceptability of new version and future requests
Job Requirements
**Required Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in a Producer or Associate Producer role within the video game industry
- Experience working on 3+ game projects.
Game projects can be professional, student and/or personal in nature.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Release Manager or in a Development team position.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience shipping a game or major game content in a production role
- Required to be an expert in using editor sandbox tools
- Require a portfolio of these projects.
- Relevant certification in programming languages.
- Familiar with project management and process improvement
- Strong organization and prioritization skills;
- KPI Oriented and evangelist;
- Ability to effectively present and share information to stakeholders on technical topics
- Experience assisting teams on aligning strategy and managing relationships across diverse organizations
- Experience in sandbox game product is a plus
**Desired Qualifications**:
- A technical experience: you're able to converse with the technical team and relay the information in an easy-to-understand way or even contribute to game and prototype development.
Familiarity developing with Unity and/or Lua
- Priority-focused: you quickly identify important projects, separating essential tasks from dreaded time sinks; you can spot and dodge roadblocks miles ahead, which keeps you on track and more focused than a very determined laser beam
- Naturally insightful: you grasp the nuances of technical problems instantly, when presented with a blocker, you immediately create solutions and determine the best approach to keep projects moving
- Task driver: You are someone who is full of drive, committed to maximizing player's service and minimizing their pain points.
You understand that a good game needs better player service.
- Adaptable problem solver: You are agile and constantly adapt to incoming operations challenges.
You keep your cool in facing operations threats, resourceful in crafting effective solutions and fire up your team to execute impactful services.
