Python Junior Developer - Remote Work | REF#******BairesDev® is a leading technology project leader for over 15 years, delivering cutting-edge solutions to Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.Our 4,000+ remote-first team is composed of the world's top 1 % of tech talent.As a Python Junior Developer you will work across the full application lifecycle, write clean code, participate in code reviews, stay updated with new frameworks, and collaborate closely with experienced teammates.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain Python applications, focusing on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Collaborate with development teams on various projects, contributing to different stages of the software development lifecycle.Identify and troubleshoot software bugs and participate in implementing solutions and optimizations.Engage in code reviews, both reviewing others' code and having yours reviewed, to maintain high software quality and learn best practices.Stay updated with new Python frameworks and libraries, and apply these technologies effectively in both new and existing projects.Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project development and team dynamics.What We're Looking For1 year of experience with Python.Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.Advanced level of English is a plus.Benefits100% remote work from anywhere.Excellent compensation in USD or local currency.Hardware and software set-up for working from home.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment with top talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
