Global Financial Operations Support Specialist

Experienced Oracle ERP Cloud professionals are sought to provide support for financial operations within a global team.Key Responsibilities:Functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules, including accounts receivable, customers, billing, collections, general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and cash managementResolve tickets and deliver high-quality functional support within defined timelinesAssist users during financial close processes across multiple regions (Latin America, US, APAC)Perform regression testing during quarterly SaaS environment updatesEnsure SOX compliance and maintain documentation aligned with ITIL standardsDrive support best practices in collaboration with internal teams and external vendorsRequirements:Proven experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, strong focus on financial modules, and Brazilian localizationsMinimum of 10 years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion)Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects (Latin America and US)Proficiency with BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and RESTBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related fieldFluent in EnglishAbout the Role:The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and its financial modules, as well as experience working with global teams.
