1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsAbout PyynePyyne is a modern technology consultancy engineering the next generation of digital products and services.At Pyyne, we believe in using technology to unlock business potential, create sustainable growth, and drive forward digital excellence.Our solutions range from advanced Software Engineering, Cloud, and Data & AI solutions.Job DescriptionPyyne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience working with .NET C# to work as a Consultant for a large US-based Insurance client out of our Brazilian Office.A successful candidate in this role will be a capable player-coach, able to provide technical support to mid-level and junior developers, while contributing to the team's codebase themselves.The Pyyne team will interact regularly and directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in the client organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#Build responsive user interfaces using MVC architecture and React componentsDevelop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queriesImplement Entity Framework for data access layer and ORM functionalityApply dependency injection principles and design patterns for scalable application architectureCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsParticipate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the teamTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in insurance applications and systemsMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practicesContribute to system architecture decisions and technology roadmap planningMust Have Skills5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile work environmentStrong proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programmingExtensive experience with ASP.NET MVC for web application developmentSolid understanding of React.js and modern JavaScript ES6+Advanced SQL Server skills including query optimization and database designHands-on experience with Entity Framework (Code First and Database First approaches)Strong knowledge of dependency injection patterns and IoC containersExperience with RESTful API development and integrationProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principlesNice to Have SkillsExperience in insurance domain or financial services industry in a consulting capacityKnowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment strategiesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jest)BenefitsSalary Range from 40,000 USD to 48,000 USDFlexible remote working environmentCareer development opportunities in a fast-growing companySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
