We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer with extensive ITOM experience to lead the development and enhancement of our Service Now platform.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules.Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement complex Service Now ITOM solutions including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Experience with configuring and customizing Service Now applications and modules.Lead development of integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Provide solutions that utilize most out of the box features without requiring customizations.Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor Service Now releases.Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core Service Now functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Maintain documentation for development and configuration.Required Experience & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.5-7 years of Service Now development experience with a focus on ITOM.Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.Proficient in Java Script, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Now scripting.Experience with automation and Dev Ops practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)this position pays $25/hr USD
