Moller Holding, operating independently with the trust and empowerment to do what is right for us, while proudly bearing the Maersk name and values.What You Will Be DoingThe crewing department includes several HR subsystems, and as a Crew Analyst – Talent Attraction – you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our MSS operations.You'll drive alignment on talent attraction strategies and process along with the Crew Manager, will execute the talent attraction process, and build a sustainable pool of skilled professionals by leading our cadet programme—supporting the growth and development of new seafarers and helping them thrive in their maritime careers.Who You AreFirst and foremost, you are passionate about the maritime industry, talent attraction and enjoy building up trusted relationships, and you recognize the game-changing potential by working in crewing and the positive effect that you can bring to people's life.
In addition, we hope you can say yes to the following:Proficiency in verbal and written English and Portuguese.Bachelor's degree in psychology, Administration or related areas.MBA in Human Resource is preferable for this position.3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
