Revenue Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.This individual will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our go-to-market organization, driving revenue visibility and efficiency through process optimization.This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Services, and Systems, ensuring operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle.The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on process optimization, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.The key responsibilities of this role include owning and optimizing Salesforce processes for Sales and Account Management teams, partnering with Sales Leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports, and coordinating with Finance and Legal on deal review processes.Additional responsibilities include supporting Professional Services leadership with project setup, time tracking, and revenue recognition workflows, tracking utilization, backlog, and project profitability metrics, and driving continuous improvement in services data quality.The ideal candidate has excellent English verbal and written skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical GTM roles.Excellent English verbal and written skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical GTM rolesAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce CRMKey qualifications include advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM, experience with SaaS business models, strong Excel and reporting skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.Desired qualifications include a Master of Business Administration degree, Salesforce administration certification, familiarity with HubSpot, NetSuite, or PSA tools, and experience with oil and gas revenue accounting.At our organization, we value innovative and creative people who thrive in fast-paced environments.We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
