You will work on building strategic plans, designing and implementing projects/products, and tracking results to evolve customer satisfaction and Amazon business.

Key job responsibilities
**Main activities will be**:
- Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams, mainly Retail, BI, 3P Fulfillment channels, Operations, Transportation, Technology, and Finance teams.
- Develop strategic plans to evolve Amazon's deliveries, delighting customers and contributing to the company's objectives
- Act as a connection between different teams to connect and converge different programs strategies to guarantee improvement on customer experience.
Need to ensure activities are synced and information flowing.
- Keep C-level well communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
- Create and lead plans, end to end, ensuring all business and operations teams have their goals created and delivered on time.
- Ensure the team is focused on the highest value activities and business issues that would be critical path for providing the best customer experience.
- Regularly poll the team in advance for their hot-points and creating the appropriate agenda in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support teams in BR needing help thinking through Operational problems (both business and technical).

This position is part of Customer Fulfillment Experience Team in Amazon BR.
