Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Mosaic Puzzles.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
They will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.
Role Responsibilities
Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire company
Manage business operations internal to the organization
Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
Run annual and quarterly planning for the company
Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting
Qualifications
Project Management, Program Management, and Team Leadership skills
Strategic Planning and Decision-Making abilities
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Cost benefit analysis skills
Analytical skills
Design skills a plus
Risk Management and Problem-Solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
7-15 years of project management experience
